Acusphere is actively looking for a commercial partner in Europe to launch Imagify™ (perflubutane polymer microspheres) injectible suspension upon European Medicines Authority (EMA) approval. Acusphere has completed pre-Marketing Authorisation Application (MAA) meetings and is in the process of preparing the MAA for submission. Cardiologists will be the primary decision maker and user of Imagify. Acusphere owns global rights to the Imagify intellectual property and is willing to consider a worldwide license if the partner has global commercialization capabilities.
